Yes, the group price is available for our summer toboggan run from 15 people and in the climbing forest from 10 people.

Yes, the group discount is available for groups of 15 or more. For smaller groups, the multi-point tickets (6 or 10 tickets), which are not person-related, are worthwhile.

No, we do not have cancellation fees for group registrations. If you have to cancel your visit at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather), this is no problem at all. Just let us know so that we are informed. We do not charge any reservation fees.

For school classes in the climbing forest, we ask for a declaration of consent from the parents. For children's birthday parties, the signature of the supervisor is sufficient.

You can download the declaration of consent(INDIVIDUAL / GROUP & SCHOOL CLASS) and sign it at home.

Yes, we have group prices for school classes. Our group price is available for groups of 15 or more.

Normally, four trips per hour/person are possible. It all depends on the actual rush.

We promise: once you've ridden once, you'll definitely want to ride a second time!

A school trip can be very different. From our experience, we plan with the following time intervals:

• Summer toboggan run: 1.5-2.5 hours
• Climbing forest: 2-3 hours
• Food & drink: 1 hour
• plus travel time

We estimate that a school class will spend 3-4 hours here. The actual time depends on the size of the group and the day's program. It is best to plan your journey.

Our prices are divided into different age categories:

On the summer toboggan run, guests up to the age of 14 pay the price for children. Guests aged 15 and over pay the adult price.

At the climbing forest we differentiate between three age categories: Adults (18 years and over), teenagers (6-17 years) and children (4-5 years). Pupils, students and trainees with a valid certificate can also climb at the price for young people.

This also applies to schoolchildren on school trips. Please also note our prices for group offers.

We ask groups of 10 or more people to register for the climbing forest, 30 or more people for the summer toboggan run and 20 or more people for the snack bar. We recommend pre-registration via our contact form.

We need the following information:

• Day of visit and time of planned arrival
• Duration of the visit, if known
• Number of participants (children or adults)
• The mobile number of a supervisor or teacher who will accompany you on the day of the visit

Your details are only required for internal processes and will not be saved or passed on to third parties.

We subject our lifts to the statutory TÜV inspection at regular intervals. The rides are also serviced daily. If you follow the safety instructions of our staff on site and the signs on the track, accidents are virtually impossible.

Once you and your school class have arrived at the Erlebnishöhe Wald-Michelbach, you register with us at the ticket office.

If you register in advance, our staff will already be informed.
