Important Questions at a glance
When you arrive with your group, simply report to the toboggan cash desk. Here we will explain everything to you and you will receive your complete birthday package.
Pre-registration or reservation is not necessary. Simply contact us at the toboggan cash desk on the day of the children's birthday party. There you will receive all further information about tobogganing and food.
It's best to plan 1.5 - 2 hours for your stay at the summer toboggan run and the climbing labyrinth. You can decide individually how long you want to stay with us.
- Summer toboggan run: 30-40 min
- Climbing labyrinth: 20-30 min
- Food & drink: 20 min
It's best to check out all the attractions now so you're well prepared.
You should plan 2.5-3 hours for the climbing forest.
Yes, if the weather doesn't play along or the birthday child falls ill, you can cancel at any time free of charge.
A small rain shower should not stop us. However, if it starts to rain more heavily, we will have to close our attractions temporarily.
Parental consent is not required for the toboggan run. Children aged 8 and over can toboggan on their own and can also accompany children under the age of 8.
Depending on their age, children must be accompanied or supervised in the climbing forest. Please inform yourself about the regulations.
No no, it's enough if it was your birthday shortly before. You don't have to come by exactly on your birthday. The main thing is that you have a great birthday party!
First of all, get well soon! If the number of participants changes slightly at short notice, we'll turn a blind eye. We will definitely find a solution that works for everyone. Just let us know at the cash desk.
We do not have a specially decorated table for your group. However, we do have plenty of seating options that you can use (without a reservation).
We don't mind if you bring your own birthday cake. Enjoy it to the full! Alternatively, cakes and other snacks are available from us at Sonnenimbiss.
